Having your best interest in mind and being able to move past whatever
mental barriers that may be holding you back. The intention of this grid
gives one the ability to see your true desires and understanding that
mental barriers are just an illusion. As an empath, I have struggled with
poor boundaries. Being compassionate towards myself and honoring my heart
has become a daily priority now that I’m aware of how important boundaries are.
In order to have authentic and healthy relationships with others,
being honest and clear about your boundaries is a must.
